Becoming a KidooLand member

Joining KidooLand is a great idea! Well we would say that .. but we're so confident you'll like it that we are offering all potential members a no-obligation trial for 10 eur.

When your child becomes a KidooLand member they become part of our club of friends looking for fun! This fee covers the administration of the dossier. You will also be entitled to the Kidoo Comite discounts and offers keep you eye as we will add to these through the year.

REGISTRATION YOUR PLACE IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL WE HAVE ALL ELEMENTS

APPLICATION FORM : Here is the the KidooLand Registration form that will need to be completed by each child prior to commencing any classes. It is a great idea to have a look at it prior to visiting so that you are ready with any questions .. and if you fill it in in advance too then we can get on with Play Time!

INSURANCE: Ask your own household insurance providors for a copy of your child’s « Attestation d’Assurance Scolaire" it must mention individuelle accident and responsibilite civile.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE dating less than 3 months previous, confirming there are no contra-indications and your child is physically and mentally fit to follow the intended activity(ies) eg dance, gym , martial art etc. and join in activities with other children. Essential for movement activities and for children who don't yet go to school.

VACCINATIONS A photocopy from your child’s medical health records indicating the vaccinations they have had

2 photos passport size of your child

WHAT TO BRING AND WEAR

Shoes must be removed, please wear socks, slippers or barefoot

For Every Child

A full water bottle
A small healthy snack eg a piece of fruit or a cereal bar/ ricecake  (10h30 & 15h30)
A packet of wipes
A packet of tissues
Nappies if needed
A change of clothes for under 5 years

For English / French club eg Wed, after school or Saturdays ( not dance, gym)

1 x A4 document display folder with  80 pages
1 x exercise book A5 size

Playgroup
A red apron with sleeves in cotton
3 x box of tissues
3 x packet of baby wipes

A change of clothes in a labeled plastic bag to stay at KidooLand

A Pink ballet outfit leotard and skirt/tutu

A clean white apron
A large plastic mixing bowl in a plastic bag.
A plastic container with lid to take home all your culinary delights

ABSENCES

Your Class Fees cover the cost of the classes you sign up for. If your child is sick and cannot make a class you need to let us know as soon as possible prior to the class starting as 3 absences without notification will result in you cancellation of your place with no refunds as we still have to pay the team even if you are not there. (see sell on your membership below)

SELL ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You are also free to sell on your membership to someone else should you move away from the area etc. Playgroups would be subject to settling in sessions & related conditions.
